About Gianpiero Furfaro

Managing Broker | Owner

Gianpiero's primary focus is based on recreational and lifestyle real estate. He provides insight on attainable multi-government housing strategies. Currently in Sun Peaks, he serves as a resource for future planning and execution of new developments. Throughout the years he has served on the board of directors for approximately 2 terms as REALTOR® Director for the British Columbia Real Estate Association, various boards and committees for the Toronto Real Estate Board and The Victoria Real Estate Board. He also participated in various task forces dealing with affordable housing and has participated in charities such as Habitat for Humanity. Now his attention is on supporting two organizations close to his heart, ArtZone Sun Peaks and Adaptive Sports Sun Peaks,

Gianpiero has acquired a unique and extensive level of real estate experience. Prior to joining the Century 21 Canada franchise, he had built a successful career in sales and real estate operations for a wide variety of real estate models in Ontario and British Columbia. He developed REALTOR® courses and workshops such as agency and contract writing. He also has held many public engagement information sessions focusing on various topics of real estate catering to the general public. On his downtime, you will find Gianpiero enjoying the outdoors and activities at Sun Peaks, serves as a board member to the ArtZone Sun Peaks, supports Adaptive Sports Sun Peaks, local business', ski teams / programs, Sun Peaks Education Society, Sun Peaks Medical Centre, and more!

About Christina Miner

Chief Operating Officer

Christina Miner is the Chief Operating Officer at CENTURY 21 Diamante in Sun Peaks, British Columbia. In her role, she oversees the brokerage’s operations, marketing, and internal systems, helping ensure the business runs efficiently while supporting the success of its agents and clients.

Originally from Germany, Christina holds a Bachelor’s degree from Munich University of Applied Sciences. She moved to Canada in 2017 and quickly embraced the mountain lifestyle and strong sense of community that Sun Peaks offers.

Christina is passionate about improving businesses and developing efficient workflows that help teams perform at their best. She is also a member of Lions Clubs International, reflecting her commitment to community involvement and service.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time on the slopes snowboarding and skiing, exploring the outdoors with her daughter, and getting out on the trails with her Bernese Mountain Dog, Mika.

About Rory

Born and raised in Kamloops, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing our community’s growth and evolution. After graduating from Westsyde Secondary, I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Cariboo College (now Thompson Rivers University) and the University of Victoria. My career started with the Ministry of Forests as an Incident Commander in the Wildfire Branch, where I developed skills in crisis management and leadership.

In 2008, I took a leap of faith and opened Bluebird Market in Sun Peaks, BC. This venture has provided me with extensive business management experience and allowed me to build meaningful relationships with locals and visitors. The market is a village fixture, and I’m grateful to be part of this vibrant community. The fresh air, nature, and outdoor activities in Sun Peaks continue to bring me joy.

Growing up, my family and I loved the outdoors around Kamloops, spending weekends at our cabin at Heffley Lake and skiing at Tod Mountain/Sun Peaks. Now, my spouse and I are raising our three teenagers in Kamloops, sharing our passion for activities like skiing, mountain biking, soccer, golfing, and fishing.

In 2021, I combined my interest in real estate with my professional and life experience by becoming a licensed realtor. I understand that buying or selling a property is often a significant life event. With this in mind I don’t take the process lightly. My client's best interests are always of the utmost importance and at the top of my mind. My goal is to provide people with the same level integrity and service that I would expect for myself and my loved ones. He now shares his passion with others as a volunteer instructor with Adaptive Sports Sun Peaks. Nima has also taken up a keen interest in Mountain Biking and hopes to build the skills to enjoy all the trails that Sun Peaks has to offer. His appreciation for the lifestyle this community offers is genuine—and contagious.
