It is with great pleasure that I receive this award, especially considering the changes I implemented in 2024. Changing brands, renovating the office, training new staff, and maintaining and growing the business was no small feat. The office was shut down for approximately 6 months due to renovations. Additionally, the new staff had to learn their roles, plan events, manage client needs, and so much more.
